SolidX files S-1 registration statement for SolidX Bitcoin Trust ETF

RELATED TOPICS

SolidX Partners has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed launch of the SolidX Bitcoin Trust exchange traded fund (ETF).

The ETF will seek to provide shareholders with exposure to the daily change in the US dollar price of bitcoin, before expenses and liabilities of the trust, as measured by the TradeBlock XBX Index.

The trust will not be actively managed, and will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol XBTC.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.

The registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet been declared effective. The securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
