Eagle Gates Group is planning to launch a new wealth management club – the APEX Club – in Thailand next month.
The APEX Club will serve as the hub for wealth management in the Asia Pacific region and aims to capture the needs of the rapidly growing affluent segments across the region.
The APEX Club will offer a range of exclusive, personalised wealth management services specifically tailored to high-net-worth clients in the region. It aims to address their unique needs across a full spectrum of value-added services.
Martin Harris, chief operating officer of Eagle Gates Group, says: "The APEX Club is established to help our high-net-worth clients preserve their lifestyle and open up a whole world of bespoke experiences and preferential treatment, tailored to their evolving needs and wants. From enjoying bespoke concierge services to extraordinary travel experiences, they can look forward to a suite of services and privileges that complement their lifestyle, all effortlessly arranged on their behalf. "
The addition of the APEX Club deepens Eagle Gates' presence in the Asia Pacific region. At the end of 2015, the Asia Pacific region had 5.1 million high-net-worth individuals, defined as those with investible liquid assets of USD1 million or more, and controlled USD17.4 trillion in assets as of that year, more than any other region in the world.
Eddy McClough, chief executive officer of Eagle Gates Group, says: "Thailand is an international and regional wealth management hub. Wealth is growing in Asia and that will only continue in the coming years. The opening of the APEX Club is part of a deliberate plan to strengthen our activity in this privileged region, at the epicentre of innovation and leading edge technology. It also shows our confidence in the region's future development, and realise our promise to customers."
