Sanlam UK selects Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office

Sanlam UK, part of the global Sanlam Group, has selected Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office (iO) solution.

Sanlam UK required a single technology platform that was capable of supporting the full suite of business processes operating within the Sanlam UK group’s financial planning division.
The business conducted a model office exercise with iO in early 2016 and following a successful outcome from that exercise, migrated to the new platform in July.
Shaun Glass, group head of IT for Sanlam UK, says: “The goals for this project were to enhance our service proposition to clients, improve the operational efficiency of core business processes and provide our staff with an enabling set of tools and features.
“Our business requirements and timescales were challenging but Intelliflo have worked effectively with us to deliver this first phase of this project in line with specification, plan and budget.
“The partnership with Intelliflo and our deployment of iO provides us with a firm foundation upon which to develop a highly client-focussed, productive and efficient distribution platform.”
Nick Eatock (pictured), Intelliflo’s executive chairman, says: “Like many businesses that grow through acquisition, Sanlam Wealth Planning UK Limited had been operating on multiple legacy systems that could not be effectively leveraged to achieve their ambitions for improved service quality and operational efficiency. We are delighted that they have chosen iO.”
