Concannon Wealth Management, an independent registered investment adviser managing USD400 million in client assets, has joined the Dynasty Network of advisory firms.
Led by managing partner Brad L J Griswold, Concannon Wealth Management has five financial advisers and a total staff of nine.
In addition to Griswold, Concannon’s partners include Katherine M Brown and Dennis Morton, Jr.
“As an independent firm for 25 years, we were among the leaders in implementing open architecture to best serve our clients’ needs, starting in 1995 – well before this became common practice in wealth management,” says Griswold. “Now, working with Dynasty Financial Partners, we are positioning our firm for future expansion and we will be capitalising on advances in technology and investments on behalf of our clients. Our partnership with Dynasty will also enable us to seize opportunities to expand our distinctive business model.”
One area of specialty for Concannon is working with McDonald’s franchise owners. Franchise owners require special support in business valuation, planning for liquidity events and investment management.
Concannon will continue to use Schwab Advisor Services as itsprimary custodian partner. Dynasty Financial Partners will provide analytics and operational support.
“Brad and the team at Concannon have been in the forefront of the RIA movement since their launch 25 years ago,” says Shirl Penney, Dynasty’s CEO. “We are proud to welcome the Concannon team as a Dynasty Network advisory firm. We are looking forward to partnering with them to better serve their existing clients and to position their firm for future growth.”
Concannon will engage with Dynasty on building out its practice management including marketing and branding, and in streamlining their operations, investments and technology.
