Kestra Private Wealth Services, a registered investment adviser subsidiary of Kestra Financial, has appointed Tim Lewis as its director of business development.

Lewis will be responsible for leading recruiting initiatives for Kestra PWS. He will focus on consultative education of advisors and the continued development of the firm’s institutional partnerships to generate elite advisers’ interest in the firm.

“Tim has already hit the ground running and will continue to have a direct, immediate impact on our efforts to attract top-tier advisors who believe in the ‘full service’ independence movement,” says Rob Bartenstein, CEO of Kestra PWS. “Tim’s leadership capabilities and breadth of experience will aide him in his pursuit of sophisticated, growth-minded advisors looking to exit the wirehouse model and partner with an independent platform with a wealth of resources.”

Lewis joins Kestra PWS from Fidelity Investments, where he served as vice president of institutional sales. He brings over two decades of experience working with advisers to improve their overall practice efficiency.

“I look forward to joining the mission of championing independent advisers and providing them with a seamless transition to a firm committed to providing integrity-centric services and state-of-the-art technological solutions,” says Lewis. “Together with the executive team at Kestra PWS, we will empower established advisers and help them succeed.”
