Lear Investment Management, a Dallas-based firm focused on portfolio management and research, has appointed Cody Lummus as investment adviser.
Lummus joins Lear from Wells Fargo Advisors, where he served as an associate vice president and investment officer.
Managing partner Rick Lear says: "We are delighted to welcome Cody to the team, and believe our firm will benefit from his nearly 10 years of asset management experience, investment acumen and superb client service skills. Perhaps most importantly, he believes in Lear's unique vision and value proposition: providing the kind of financial security and confidence that, in turn, enables our clients to lead more positive, impactful lives. We look forward to Cody's contributions and believe his addition to the team represents an important milestone in our growth."
Lummus began his career in the investment management business in 2007 with Wells Fargo, assuming roles of increasing responsibility.
He attended Texas Tech University, where he earned a degree in Finance with an Investment Emphasis.
He also volunteers for many charitable organisations within the community.
