Heritage Corporate Services (HCS), a fiduciary and corporate services provider, has appointed Adaliz Lavarello and David Larkin to its board of directors.
HCS has also promoted André de la Mare to the role of senior trust manager.
Lavarello joined HCS in 2015 and has more than 20 years’ experience as a trust and corporate professional, having previously worked at some of the largest financial institutions.
Lavarello has extensive experience in the implementation of complex trust and corporate structuring, estate planning for multi-national families involving structuring of entities and trusts, commercial and residential property, corporate investment structuring vehicles and the administration of structures involving hotels and valuable artwork.
Larkin, who recently joined HCS, has over 25 years’ experience in the Guernsey financial services industry having worked for large international banking organisations and smaller private trust companies during his career.
He has extensive experience in trust, corporate and private family office structuring and administration with a particular leaning towards the more technical areas of trust law and dealing with complex transactions.
De la Mare has been with HCS since August 2015 and has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry having worked for large bank owned trust operations for 20 years in the Channel Islands and smaller independent trust companies for the last 10 years in Guernsey.
De la Mare has extensive experience in the administration of complex trust and corporate structures for international clients to holding a variety of investment including commercial and residential property and investment portfolios together with experience of administering corporate vehicles to manage employment of overseas staff including the employment of shipping crews.
