Walker Crips appoints executive director and head of compliance


Walker Crips, the investment and wealth management group, has appointed Guy Jackson as executive director to the board and as company secretary with immediate effect.

Jackson will be responsible for the management of detailed governance over all regulatory and compliance functions at Walker Crips.
Formerly head of compliance at Nutmeg Saving and Investment and NewSmith Asset Management, Jackson brings over 25 years’ experience from senior compliance roles in the investment industry.
David Gelber, chairman of Walker Crips, says: "I am delighted to welcome Guy as head of group compliance and to the board of Walker Crips. He brings a wealth of relevant experience, and complements the existing skills and experience on the board. We look forward to his valuable contribution to the company."
