Reaves Utilities ETF changes primary listing venue

The Reaves Utilities ETF (UTES), the first actively managed exchange-traded fund focused on the utilities sector, is changing its primary listing venue from NASDAQ to NYSE Arca.

The Reaves Utilities ETF, which is sub-advised by Reaves Asset Management, will retain its current ticker symbol with the NYSE Arca listing.
The fund will commence trading on NYSE Arca upon market open on 24 October. Until that time, the fund will continue to trade on the NASDAQ.
“Reaves has been dedicated to investing in utilities for over five decades, and we are continuously pursuing ways to more effectively deliver our expertise to a wide range of investors," says Rowland O Wilhelm, Jr, director of sales and marketing at Reaves Asset Management. "We are pleased to become a part of NYSE Arca’s commitment to growing the ETF ecosystem."
Current UTES shareholders are not required to take any action as a result of the change.
