Law firm Paul Hastings has represented Teton Advisors on its agreement to acquire Keeley Asset Management.
At closing, the acquired business will be renamed Keeley Teton Advisors, and will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Teton Advisors.
The combination will create an active asset management organisation with USD4 billion in assets under management.
The Paul Hastings team was led by corporate partners Michael Zuppone and Michael Rosella, and included tax partner Joseph Opich and corporate associate Felicia Yen.
