ALPS proposes ETF reorganisation

RELATED TOPICS

ALPS is to ask shareholders of the Dhandho Junoon ETF, a series of Elevation ETF Trust, to approve a reorganisation of the fund into a newly-created, identically named exchange-traded fund of the Cambria ETF Trust.

The proposed reorganisation of the fund will allow shareholders the opportunity to continue investing in a corresponding new ETF with the same name, investment objective and underlying index and substantially the same investment strategies, policies and risks, but as part of the Cambria ETF Trust.

If approved by shareholders at the fund's shareholder meeting to be held on 5 December 2016, the proposed reorganisation is expected to close on or around 12 December 2016.
