BlackRock to make index and name changes to two iShares Core ETFs

BlackRock is to change the names and underlying indices for two of its iShares Core exchange traded funds (ETFs), effective on or around 23 January 2017.

The iShares Core Russell US Value ETF (IUSV) will switch from the Russell 3000 Value Index to the S&P 900 Value Index and will change its name to the iShares Core S&P US Value ETF (IUSV) as a result.
 
The iShares Core Russell US Growth ETF (IUSG) will switch from the Russell 3000 Growth Index to the S&) Growth 900 Index and will change its name to the iShares Core S&P US Growth ETF (IUSG).
 
BlackRock currently offers small, mid and large capitalisation equity ETFs using S&P Indexes as part of its iShares Core ETF line-up.
