Digital wealth manager Moneyfarm has appointed a chief investment officer (CIO) and a chief financial officer (CFO).
Richard Flax joins Moneyfarm as CIO having previously held portfolio management roles at both PIMCO and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
He brings more than 17 years of institutional experience to the role and will oversee the full remit of Moneyfarm’s investment decision-making.
Paolo Savini Nicci joins as CFO, bringing more than 15 years of experience in principal finance and private equity, including roles at Morgan Stanley, AnaCap Financial Partners and Cabot Square Capital portfolio companies.
Moneyfarm has more than 80,000 active users and has experienced a 60 per cent increase in its user base for 2016 to date.
