ProShares has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch two funds that will track the Bloomberg WTI Crude Oil Subindex.
The ProShares UltraPro Bloomberg Crude Oil will seek a return that is three times (3x) the daily performance of the index.
ProShares UltraPro Short Bloomberg Crude Oil will seek a return that is three times the inverse (-3x) of the daily performance of the index.
