Investment firm Dolfin has appointed Philipp Iarmaltchouk as a senior relationship manager for Western Europe.
Based in London and reporting to Georgios Ercan, head of sales, Iarmaltchouk’s focus will be on financial intermediaries.
Before joining Dolfin, Iarmaltchouk spent six years at UBS Wealth Management, where he was a founding member of the global financial intermediaries franchise in London, responsible for doubling the asset base in two years.
Dolfin has grown its staff by 50 per cent each year since 2013.
Ercan says: “Philipp’s experience and skill set will be a huge asset to us as we look to help more financial intermediaries build the business they aspire to. Too many private bankers, wealth managers and other external asset managers are ill-served by large banks today. As an independent firm, Dolfin is quicker and more flexible than most. We share our expertise and infrastructure, freeing up intermediaries to focus on their clients.”
Iarmaltchouk adds: “I have been impressed with Dolfin’s approach. It allows financial intermediaries to scale up their businesses in record time by providing everything they need for on-boarding, custody, trading, asset management and, crucially, detailed client reporting and compliance.”
