ProShares to transfer three funds to Bats Exchange

RELATED TOPICS

Exchange traded fund provider ProShares is to transfer the listing of three of its ProShares ETFs from the NYSE Arca to the Bats Exchange on or about 29 December 2016.

Current shareholders of these ProShares ETFs are not required to take any action, nor is the transfer expected to have any effect on the trading of fund shares.

The ETFs concerned are the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats (NOBL); the MSCI EAFE Dividend Growers (EFAD); and the MSCI Europe Dividend Growers (EUDV).

By moving NOBL, EFAD and EUDV to the Bats Exchange, ProShares is now able to offer its full suite of dividend growers ETFs on one exchange.

ProShares Dividend Growers ETFs focus on the companies with the longest track records of dividend growth in some of the most popular US and international indexes. These range from US large-, mid- and small-cap indexes, to broad international and Europe-focused indexes.
