P1 launches structured product managed portfolio service

RELATED TOPICS

P1 Investment Management, an adviser-led discretionary fund management (DFM) provider, has launched a structured product managed portfolio service in conjunction with CUBE Investing.

The managed portfolio service provides investors with an efficient and effective way to invest in structured products, using a portfolio approach as opposed to the traditional ad hoc selection of individual structured notes.

The model portfolios are managed on a discretionary basis and are monitored and rebalanced on an ongoing basis. The service is provided at a price of 0.75 per cent for account values up to GBP1 million, and 0.25 per cent thereafter.

CUBE Investing is an independent structured product company that offers specialist services to investment professionals. It provides quantitative research and analysis, which is combined with P1’s internal research and asset allocation experience to create the structured product model portfolios.

James Priday (pictured), managing director, P1 Investment Management, says: “The demand for structured products has increased significantly over the past decade and this new proposition has already been well received by advisers and their clients. We have developed this service to fill a real gap in the market for a portfolio approach to structured product investing.”

David Stuff, CEO, CUBE Investing, says: “Structured investments have offered investors good steady returns in the past and we think that this will continue to be the case in the future. The P1 managed portfolio service offers clients exposure to a diversified selection of institutional products. Our specialist analysis helps P1 identify the products that have an attractive mix of risk and return.”
