Law firm Boodle Hatfield promoted Mark Lindley to partner.
The promotion takes effect from 1 May 2017.
Lindley is a key part of Boodle Hatfield’s contentious trusts and estates team, advising some of the world’s wealthiest individuals and families, trusts and their beneficiaries, charities and advisers.
Lindley has been named as one of the UK’s 35 Under 35 private client practitioners in 2010, 2012 and again in 2015 by Private Client magazine, as one of Spear’s Wealth Management’s rising stars and a runner-up in its Future Leaders awards programme in 2016, and also named by Citywealth magazine as one its 100 future leaders in 2016.
Simon Rylatt, partner and head of private client and tax at Boodle Hatfield, says: “I, together with the entire firm, would like to pass on our warmest congratulations to Mark. He is a talented lawyer and this promotion is well deserved.
“The demand for contentious private client services is growing as families become more complex. Boodle Hatfield has long led this field, advising on some of the largest disputes around the world. We look forward to the continued contributions Mark will bring.”
Lindley is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an elected member of its Contentious Trusts and Estates SIG Global Steering Committee, and an active member of Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
