Tilney adds financial planner in Bristol

UK investment management and financial planning group Tilney has continued with its recruitment drive with the addition of Darren Steadman as a financial planner.

He joins the Bristol office where there is already a well-established financial planning team.

Steadman joins from HSBC where he was a premier client manager. Prior to that, he has been a financial adviser at IFA Bishop Fleming and at St James’s Place. He has worked at other banks as a client relationship manager including at Santander and Bank of Scotland.

Steadman has significant experience building relationships with HNW private clients and takes a holistic approach to advising clients.

Rob Chandler, regional head of financial planning at Tilney, says: “Darren is a highly-experienced financial planner with a track record of maintaining key relationships with HNW clients. The continued growth of the Tilney Bristol team will help reinforce Tilney’s ‘two expert’ approach to supporting clients with both financial planning advice and tailored investment management within the area. As we continue to expand our team around the country, we will be looking for individuals, like Darren, who can offer the best possible service to our clients.”
