Two new bond index ETFs issued by iShares are now trading via Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The iShares USD Intermediate Credit Bond UCITS ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of the Bloomberg Barclays US Intermediate Credit Bond Index, which comprises fixed-income, taxable corporate and government-related bonds denominated in US dollars. All bonds have an investment grade rating and a residual term between one and 10 years.
The iShares USD TIPS 0-5 UCITS ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of the ICE US Treasury Inflation Linked Bond Index 0-5 Years. The reference index only contains inflation-protected bonds with an investment grade rating issued by the US Treasury. All bonds must have a residual term between zero and five years and a minimum volume of USD300 million in outstanding securities. The bonds are denominated in US dollars and have a fixed rate of interest.
