Newell Palmer implements Intelliflo Intelligent Office

IFA firm Newell Palmer has selected Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office (iO) suite of software to help it streamline its business operations as it continues to expand across the West Midlands.

Established over 20 years ago, Newell Palmer is one of the fastest-growing IFA firms in the West Midlands, having acquired over 40 IFA firms over the past 15 years.
Ranked as the 49th largest financial adviser firm in the UK by a Financial Times survey in November 2016 and with around GBP1 billion of “on platform” assets under management, Newell Palmer is giving 32 advisers and over 60 support staff access to the iO tools across its Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove and Nuneaton offices.
Fenella Bayliss, operations director at Newell Palmer, says: “The capabilities offered by iO will help us to streamline our processes, focus on enhancing our customer experience and allow us to acquire additional IFA businesses. Having a web-based system that offers multiple services is exactly what we need to enable us to build the business over the coming years.”
Nick Eatock, Intelliflo’s executive chairman, says: “Newell Palmer is a highly successful and growing business and we are delighted that the management team has chosen iO to streamline functions across its many operations. The firm’s strategy of growth through acquisition makes the automation of ‘best practise’ functions critical to the smooth running of the organisation in a cost-effective way. I know they did extensive research into the sort of software that would meet their needs as they continue to grow and it’s heartening that iO came out on top.”
