Hawksford has appointed Wendy Inns as an associate director, with 30 years’ financial services experience, including 20 years in management across wealth planning and trust administration.

Reporting to the global head of Private Client, Inns will be responsible for managing a team of client administrators and acting as a key contact for clients, which include multinational UHNW entrepreneurs and international UHNW families.

Inns, who was named an IFC Powerwoman by Citywealth in 2015 and 2016, has worked previously for Hawksford, between 2012 and 2014. She rejoins from Minerva Trust, where she worked for two years as an associate director in Private Wealth with responsibility as practice manager.  She has held prior positions at various financial services institutions, including HSBC Private Bank where she was responsible for the Middle East team.

‘In a continuously evolving global regulatory environment, the best trustees are those that collaborate constantly with industry bodies on the impact of regulatory changes to clients. I will ensure that our solutions and services for new and existing clients continue to be of the very highest standard’, says Inns. ‘It’s great to be returning to a business that is currently at a very exciting stage and I’m looking forward to supporting our directors to drive the business development initiative, focusing on establishing stronger relationships with our key intermediaries.’

Inns brings extensive experience in wealth planning and trust administration and has worked on numerous complex reorganisations of structures that were subject to changing client and industry requirements. Her comprehensive knowledge of administration for clients in the Middle East will complement Hawksford’s established reputation in the region.

Hawksford CEO, Michel van Leeuwen, says Wendy’s expertise and client-focused approach suited the company well.

‘Wendy is highly-experienced and has led various successful client service initiatives, which is a good match for Hawksford’s focus on excellent service provision,’ he says. ‘She has a strong background in the re-organisation of client structures and understands the Hawksford way.’
