BMO Wealth Management has appointed Wallace Harris as the Head of BMO Harris Financial Advisors (BHFA).

Harris joined BMO nearly a decade ago and has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. He will report to both Darrel Hackett, President, BMO Wealth Management (US) and Alex Dousmanis-Curtis, Group Head, US Retail and Business Banking, BMO Harris Bank.

“Wallace’s extensive leadership experience and commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations strongly positions him for success in his new role,” says Darrel Hackett, President, BMO Wealth Management (US). “We fully expect BHFA to continue to make great strides under Wallace’s leadership.”

Prior to his new position, Harris was the Head of Customer Experience Execution, BMO Harris Bank—driving branch transformation, customer experience, sales effectiveness, strategy and delivering growth for the US Personal Banking Teams. Harris’ previous responsibilities as Regional President also included enhancing customer loyalty in his respective territory.
