HSBC Private Banking has appointed Sai Tampi as Global Head of Funds and Exchange Traded Funds.
Based in London, Tampi will be responsible for the development and distribution of our Funds and ETFs offering, ensuring delivery of efficient and aligned products and services for clients globally. He will manage global fund selection including the strategic partner programme with selected funds and ETF groups which launched in May 2017, and will lead the Global Fund Selection team.
In this role Tampi reports to Henry Lee, Head of Managed Investment Solutions, Global Private Banking.

Tampi joins HSBC from Standard Life Investments in London where he was Head of Business Development for Global Strategic Alliances. He has nearly 20 years’ experience across Business Development, Portfolio Management and Investment Banking. This includes various senior roles at HSBC and Credit Suisse in India, including Head of Portfolio Management, local Head & CIO for Multi Asset Class Solutions, and Head of Asset Management.
