Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors selects Ultimus to provide middle office services

Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors has selected Ultimus Fund Solutions to provide a turnkey middle office service solution for the firm’s institutional separately managed accounts (SMAs) and retail mutual funds.

Ranger Global is a New York based SEC-registered investment advisor with approximately USD500 million in assets under management.
“Ranger Global’s decision to team up with Ultimus proved a perfect match because our service model allows them to scale at a reasonable cost as they grow their business,” says Gary Tenkman (pictued), Chief Operating Officer at Ultimus. “We are delighted to be performing services for their middle office and look forward to being a part of their growth plan.”
“We found Ultimus willing to work closely with us, meeting our tight deadlines, and at a cost that their competitors were unable to match. Everything they have committed to do for Ranger Global, they have in fact accomplished on time. Our day to day working relationship functions as designed, freeing our investment team to focus on generating consistent outperformance for our clients and investors,” says Andrew Duffy, Managing Partner and CIO at Ranger Global. “The Ultimus turnkey middle office solution allowed us to transition our business quickly. Plus, with their infrastructure and experienced team members in place, we will be able to scale our business easily.”
