Steel Peak Wealth Management has added experienced wealth adviser Andrew H Jacobson to its team.
Jacobson joins the firm from Wells Fargo, where he was senior vice president and senior portfolio manager. He has served as an adviser for nearly 20 years and offers clients a “deep dive” risk assessment and a nuanced approach to wealth preservation and risk mitigation.
A former entertainment industry executive with experience in both the representation and production side of the business, Jacobsen also delivers a highly tailored process that addresses the specific risk management and investment planning needs of clients in the entertainment and sports industries in the greater Los Angeles community.
“Andrew’s clients appreciate the breadth of his knowledge of global economic trends and trust his guidance as they navigate the market’s uncertainties,” says Reza Zemani, CEO and founding partner, Steel Peak Wealth Management. “We’re thrilled to have him join the Steel Peak team as we develop even stronger relationships with the entertainment and sports industries.”
Jacobson earned his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, and his master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from Phillips Graduate Institute. He worked five years for the County of Los Angeles investigating child abuse, and counts those years protecting children as some of the most rewarding memories in his life.
Jacobson is active in multiple charities including Wounded Warrior Foundation, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the ASPCA. His office is located in Steel Peak’s corporate headquarters, Woodland Hills, CA.
