Leading buying agency, Black Brick has added Alex Oliver to its growing team. Oliver has worked in central London for four years, firstly with Foxtons in their Brook Green office, before moving to Marsh and Parsons in Notting Hill, where he was their top performing sales negotiator.

Oliver, who has sold over GBP50 million worth of property, is joining the team as a buying consultant.

Camilla Dell, Managing Partner at Black Brick, says: “We are delighted to welcome Alex to the team. As a boutique company, we work on a one to one, bespoke basis with our clients and Alex’s knowledge, expertise and personal approach is the perfect fit for our company ethos.”

Black Brick recently reported record growth in 2016, tripling it’s turnover to GBP3million, contributing its success to current market conditions and increased demand from buyers seeking impartial advice from the award winning buying agency. The growing team now consists of nine key staff, with plans for further expansion in the coming months.
