Jensen Investment Management has appointed Allen T Bond and Gabriel L Goddard to serve on the company’s board of directors.
Bond, CFA, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, is a seasoned investment professional who joined Jensen in 2007. In addition to now serving on the board of directors, he serves as vice chairman of the Jensen Investment Committee where he works collaboratively with the other investment committee members to construct and monitor portfolios, and research candidate companies.
“I welcome the opportunity to further serve Jensen’s clients as a member of the board,” says Bond.
Goddard, Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, joined Jensen in 2012. As Chief Compliance Officer he spearheads Jensen’s regulatory compliance program and provides counsel to the firm and its staff.

Messrs Bond and Goddard are joining the five other veteran members of Jensen’s board of directors.
