Charles Stanley adds Non-Exec director to board

Marcia Campbell, formerly Group Operations Director and CEO Asia Pacific at Standard Life, has joined Charles Stanley as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Marcia sits on Boards at Sainsbury’s Bank, Woodford Investment Management, Murray International Trust plc, a subsidiary board of Canada Life and CNP Assurances. Marcia is also a member of Aviva’s independent governance committee.
 
Sir David Howard, Chairman of the Charles Stanley Board, says: “We are delighted that Marcia is joining us. She offers the Board a strong voice informed by her years of investment management experience, her understanding of Governance and her roles on other Boards.   We welcome her guidance as we continue to grow our revenue, deliver valued service to clients and move closer to our goal of being the UK’s most significant wealth manager by 2020.”
