Franklin Templeton smart beta ETF launched on Xetra


Franklin Templeton has issued an ETF with a multi-factor approach which is designed to give investors access to stock corporations in emerging markets.

The Franklin LibertyQ Emerging Markets UCITS ETF has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Wednesday. The ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of stock corporations in emerging markets. The reference index is based on the MSCI Emerging Markets Index and contains the 200 stock corporations with the highest rating over the long term as weighted by the four factors: quality, value, momentum and low volatility. The new ETF has ongoing fees of 0.55 per cent
