RER London has launched 33 Greycoat Street, a collection of 23 luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses situated in the heart of London’s Westminster.

Formerly an office building, the property has been completely transformed by RER London and now features a range of one, two and three bedroom homes close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral and St James Park. The building, which forms a sleek apex corner, features high specification interiors offering ‘relaxed, contemporary living’.

Tim Farrow, Managing Director, RER London, says: “We are delighted to introduce 33 Greycoat Street, which is the latest addition to our distinguished portfolio of London properties. This select address which is surrounded by history offers an ideal central London base and the perfect location for those seeking a boutique apartment in the capital.”

Matthew Morton-Smith, Director of Savills commented: ‘Westminster, like its neighbour Victoria, is in the throes of a major transformation to bring it right up to the mark as a prime central London location. We’re in the reach of Parliament’s division bell so the typical buyer might once have been a pied-a-terre seeking parliamentarian or civil servant, but that has changed.  These very high quality new apartments are attracting a very wide range of buyers, from all professions, who are seeking a base in the heart of a vibrant life-work community.’

Internally each apartment is different offering generous layouts with the upper apartments benefiting from views of the city. Homes range in size: one bedroom apartments up to 580 sq ft and two/three bedroom apartments and duplexes up to 1245 sq ft. Two Penthouses occupy the top floors with the most impressive boasting 3000 sq ft including 1000 sq ft of private roof terraces and 360 degree views across Westminster.

Prices start from GBP765,000 for a one bedroom apartment and start at GBP3.16m for a penthouse.
