Hewitsons adds to specialist Contentious Trusts and Probate team

Hewitsons has appointed a new Associate, Tiffany Wiggett, to expand its Contentious Trusts and Probate team.

Wiggett will be based at the law firm’s Northampton office which has a leading reputation in Private Wealth work. As a new addition to the highly ranked team, Tiffany’s responsibilities will include advising clients on inheritance disputes, estates cases and trust litigation.
Benefiting from her experience in a disputes team at another regional law firm, Tiffany brings with her seven years of expertise advising and handling complex litigation for private clients.
Wiggett joins a body of experts in the specialist Contentious Trusts and Probate team that now includes three ACTAPS qualified lawyers and which over several years has consistently been recognised as a ‘top tier’ practice in the Legal 500 rankings.
The team, led by Partner Lucinda Brown, has expanded over recent years to meet client demand.
Wiggett says: “I’m really excited to have joined Hewitsons’ widely recognised and respected Contentious Trusts and Probate team and am thoroughly looking forward to working with my new colleagues to serve the firm’s impressive and expanding client base.  The opportunities to add further growth in this area of work within the Hewitsons Private Wealth practice are very encouraging. The future looks bright.”
Lucinda Brown, Partner and Head of the Contentions Trusts and Probate team at Hewitsons, says: “We are delighted to welcome Tiffany to Hewitsons at this exciting time of expansion for the specialist Contentious Trusts and Probate team, and the broader Private Wealth practice. Tiffany’s experience, enthusiasm and commitment to growing our practice will help us to continue to achieve the very best results for our clients.”
