Sun Hung Kai Financial Limited rebrands as Everbright Sun Hung Kai Company Limited

Sun Hung Kai Financial Limited has been renamed as Everbright Sun Hung Kai Company Limited (EBSHKCL) and all its businesses will now offer global financial services under the new brand Everbright Sun Hung Kai (EBSHK).

Li Bingtao has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.
 
The new company and brand names reflect the Company’s identity as a subsidiary of the Hong Kong-Shanghai dual-listed Everbright Securities Company Limited (Everbright Securities) and Hong Kong’s Sun Hung Kai & Co Limited.
 
Xue Feng, Chairman of Everbright Securities and Chairman of the Board of Directors of EBSHKCL, says: “The company name change to Everbright Sun Hung Kai Company Limited marks a milestone for Everbright Securities as it symbolises Everbright Securities’ sound foundation in Hong Kong with services reaching out to customers globally”.
