Crestbridge adds to senior Family Office team

Crestbridge has continued to grow its internationally-focused Family Office Services team in Jersey with the appointments of Tony Hind and Keith Mallet as Directors.

Adding further senior level expertise to the company’s growing Family Office Services team in Jersey, Tony brings with him over 20 years of experience in the global private client, banking and trust industry. In particular, he has built up considerable knowledge working with complex multi-jurisdictional fiduciary structures for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals in markets around the world.
Hind joins Crestbridge from HSBC, where he worked for 16 years, and most recently held the position of Director with responsibility for Middle East and Family Office teams. He has particular experience dealing with wealth planning structures for luxury family assets as well as more traditional asset classes. In 2004, Hind became a qualified registered trust and estate practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Mallet also brings over 20 years’ experience of working in international financial services, having started working in the trust tax group at Abacus Financial Services in 1994 before moving to one of the ‘big four’ firms.
He was most recently Director and Head of Trust and Client Relationships in the Corporate Employee and Executive Services team at RBC, based in Jersey, where he built up significant expertise in building corporate client relationships and supporting related transactions for high net worth individuals and their families. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Heather Tibbo, Head of Family Office Services, Crestbridge, says: “Tony and Keith bring really valuable senior level skills to our family office services team. In particular, Tony will play an important role supporting our family office business in the Middle East, following the opening of our office in Bahrain last year, whilst Keith will add real expert knowledge of the global family office sector. We continue to see an increase in demand for high quality, robust structures amongst our clients, and I’m delighted to bring in two people of Tony and Keith’s calibre.”
Crestbridge’s Family Office Services team has appeared frequently in awards over the years including winning Citywealth’s Family Office Team of the Year at the Magic Circle Awards. The team has also featured in the wealth management publication’s popular Powerwomen and Future Leader lists, whilst the company was also shortlisted in the ‘Mid-size Trust Company of the Year’ category at the STEP Private Client Awards 2017.
The company’s award-winning team offers a discreet, customised service to meet specific client needs, from simple administration services for a single asset to a full outsourcing solution for large families with multi-jurisdictional structures.
