Third Platform Services passes GBP1bn milestone

RELATED TOPICS

Third Platform Services, a provider of Model B clearing facilities, has seen Assets under Administration soar beyond GBP1 billion in its first full year of operation.

Third Platform Services full service comprises a comprehensive outsourced back office; the provision of Third Financial’s Tercero wealth management software and its white-labelled, client-facing Digital portal; segregated client money and client asset accounts; market connectivity via the Fidessa hub; and the ability to leverage our global custodian network.

The service, marketed as Tercero Cloud, fully integrates an open digital portal, including published APIs, enabling clients to design their own user experience whilst retaining the benefits of a fully-proven, core processing system.

Ian Partington, CEO of Third Platform Services, says: ‘’Tercero Cloud is delivering on our vision that the UK market deserves a much better service, at a better price, and with better technology than has historically been available. We are proud to be raising the bar. While we will continue to add new clients and grow our Assets under Administration to the next headline number, we are focused on doing so in a controlled fashion, ensuring a seamless transition for the incoming clients, with no negative impact on the existing client base.”

Stewart Foster, CEO of Third Financial Group, says: “Going from zero to GBP1 billion in our first year is a tremendous achievement and Tercero Cloud also complements the software side of our business perfectly. I am grateful to all our clients for placing their trust in us and to our dedicated and talented team for their hard work in delivering this success. I really believe that Tercero Cloud is something very special and that this is just the beginning.’’
