Profile Software, an international financial solutions provider, has launched its Axia Robo Advisor solution, which automates all investment management operations targeted to wealth management firms and banks that want to address a wider market of investors.

Axia, the omni-channel investment management platform, delivers modern and workflow-based functionality to perform online, all needed wealth management operations. Its design allows for complete automation in client onboarding, compliance, risk monitoring, portfolio selection and rebalancing, supporting a fully self-service or hybrid advisory service model offering, depending on the firm’s requirements.

Axia Robo Advisor supports predefined and easily customisable processes for clients’ onboarding that cover self-registration, verification and profiling. Based on the client’s profile an asset allocation model is selected and assigned, allowing simulations and auto-rebalancing, while regular reporting and alerts are available for frequent in-depth portfolio review.

Other competitive features of the platform include the advanced document management capabilities, adaptability to different strategies via multi-asset class models or ETFs/Mutual Funds, extensive CRM functionality for hybrid advisory models with powerful automated reporting and client communication tools, including online chatting, secure messaging, e-mails etc. The ready-to-use integration with numerous custodians, funds and market data providers streamlines operations and offers complete end-to-end automation. In the platform’s roadmap a set of new functions will be added including chatbots, automatic portfolio allocation using AI, etc.

Following international best business practices, Axia enables firms to deliver robo advisory services, either as a separate entity or as part of their existing business setup, to a wider mass market, adding significant value to their operations. The firms benefit, among others, from the sheer automation and flexibility of the platform to manage the full advisory process, its low operating cost and fast client acquisition while delivering “independent” advice with transparency.

Axia’s Robo Advisor solution with its cutting-edge technology achieves a common and unique at the same time user experience, delivering a complete offering of omni-channel wealth management services.
