SANNE appoints new Global Operations Director

SANNE has appointed Tracy Burns as Director of Global Operations. Based at SANNE’s headquarters in Jersey, Burns will be responsible for leading the development and rollout of SANNE’s operations, helping to support the business with its fast growth and creation of global operational centres of excellence.

This appointment also sees Tracy becoming a member of the Groups Services leadership team led by Eric Watson, SANNE’s Chief Operating Officer.
 
Prior to joining SANNE, Burns was Chief Administrative Officer at RBSI, where she gained significant experience in leading specialist and large-scale operational teams including payments, change management, property services and AML across a number of business segments and jurisdictions. Burns has also held operational positions with RBS and Coutts. She also holds a Certificate from the Institute of Directors in Company Direction.
 
Burns will help to ensure that SANNE’s best practice, efficiency and integrity is maintained at a global level whilst helping to maintain SANNE’s position as a thought leader and industry innovator both in Jersey and globally.
 
Eric Watson, Chief Operating Officer at SANNE, says: “Tracy’s appointment will strengthen SANNE’s leadership team, her extensive experience in operations will be vital to the business as we continue to expand. Tracy will lead our work in KYC and CDD activities and position us to be able to expand these operations globally, so we can deliver right-first-time outcomes to clients and maximise efficiencies and controls. It will enable us to drive forward with the simplification, standardisation, automation and centralisation of our processing activities.”
 
Burns adds: “SANNE is a dynamic and innovative business, this is an exciting time and I am thrilled to now be a part of their journey.”
