Ashburton appoints MD of international business


Ashburton Investments has appointed Tony Wilshin to the role of managing director of its international business.

Wilshin, who was made a director of Ashburton in 2016, brings over 27 years’ experience in the financial services industry to the role, specialising in operational efficiency and process streamlining. Prior to Ashburton, he was executive director, head of operations and head of securities at two international wealth managers, UBS and Kleinwort Benson.
Boshoff Grobler, CEO of Ashburton Investments, says: “Ashburton Investments continues to evolve and Tony’s appointment marks a significant strategic decision by the stakeholders that the future leadership of the international business is in good hands.”
