Soc Gen issues three ETNs

RELATED TOPICS

Société Générale has issued three ETNs with a bottom-up approach, market leadership or a focus on ageing population.

These new ETNs are traded on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt. The SG Tracker on SGIXCEOV Index is designed to enable investors to participate in the performance of European shares that are selected using a bottom-up approach. The index comprises underperforming companies that, however, have strong recovery potential thanks to solid corporate governance principles. The ETN is based on the SGI CEO Value Index.

The SG Tracker on SGIXWC Index offers exposure to major companies that have a market share of more than 40 per cent and thus a leading position in their respective markets. The reference index contains 25 shares from companies selected from the world’s 500 largest companies by market capitalisation. The maximum weight is 50 per cent per country, 25 per cent per sector and 10 per cent per single index component. The ETN is based on the SGI World Champion Index.

The SG Tracker on SGIXESE Index enables investors to participate in the performance of companies whose business is positively impacted by the increasing proportion of the “ageing population”. The index universe consists of European shares and shares listed on European stock exchanges that achieve the majority of their revenue in Europe. The reference index is called SGI European Silver Economy.
