Fidelity Special Values PLC to adopt new tiered pricing structure

Following a review of the management fee payable to Fidelity International, Fidelity Special Values PLC is reducing its annual charge and adopting a new tiered pricing structure.

As of 1 September 2018, the annual charge will reduce from 0.875 per cent to 0.85 per cent on the first GBP700 million of net assets under management, and 0.75 per cent for the remainder. In addition, the Company’s fixed annual administration fee (for non-portfolio management services) of GBP600,000 per annum will reduce to GBP100,000.
Andy Irvine, Chairman of Fidelity Special Values PLC, says: “I am pleased that we can today offer shareholders a new tiered pricing structure. Based on the current size of the Company, this is equivalent to an overall reduction of approximately 9.5 basis points and will represent a useful saving for shareholders.”
