Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers acquires advisory arm of Saint & Co

Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has acquired the advisory arm of accountancy business, Saint & Co, in Carlisle.

Saint & Co will add GBP100 million of assets under advice (AUA) to the national financial planning business, which now advises on over GBP2 billion in client assets. Saint & Co partner and adviser, Philip Dhillon, adviser Trevor Iredale and a support team will all join OMW Private Client Advisers’ Cumbria regional hub.
