Ogier adds senior litigator in Jersey

Experienced senior litigator Advocate Rebecca McNulty has joined Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team in Jersey as a Managing Associate.

Experienced in commercial litigation, contentious trust, regulatory work, property related disputes and insurance litigation including high value personal injury and professional indemnity claims in particular, McNulty brings 15 years’ experience to the team headed by partner Nick Williams.
Williams says: “Rebecca is a welcome addition to the team, bringing with her many years of experience and a very strong reputation across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, particularly insurance-related disputes. We are very pleased to have her on board – her client-focused and responsive approach fits perfectly with the Ogier way of doing things.”
Williams is the co-author of the chapter on Jersey in Bloomsbury Professional’s “International Guide to Money Laundering Law and Practice”.
Williams spent just under ten years in the disputes team of another Island law firm prior to joining Ogier – she is qualified in both Jersey and England & Wales, having trained with Hill Dickinson LLP in Liverpool.
