Lonsec issues RecommendedIndex rating for BetaShares Australia 200 ETF

Australian ETF manager BetaShares’ Australia 200 ETF, which was launched under three months ago, has been awarded a RecommendedIndex rating from Lonsec.

A200 is the lowest cost Australian Shares ETF in the world, providing exposure to the largest 200 ASX listed companies with a management fee of only 0.07 per cent pa. A200’s management fee is half that of the previous lowest-fee Australian shares ETF available on the ASX.
In its review, Lonsec commended A200 as being a “very cost-effective and efficient means to access core Australian equities”.
BetaShares Chief Executive Officer, Alex Vynokur, says “A200 is the most cost-efficient way for advisers to obtain core Australian equities exposure for their clients via an ETF. The strong Lonsec rating provides positive external validation of the fund benefits”.
A200 has already amassed over USD55 million in assets since its launch in May 2018.
