Quantitative Analysis Service and Global View Capital Management have announced a strategic alliance agreement to conduct joint research, development and exclusive implementation of new and innovative investment strategies for US investment advisers.

The firms writes that the main focus of the new research is on expanding accessibility of global financial markets and alternative investment instruments to US investment advisors in a rules-based, disciplined and “risk-controlled” framework.

The initial group of five active ETF-based strategies that are currently available on the Global View investment platform are: QAS US High-Yield Bond Tilt Strategy; QAS US All-Cap Equity “All Terrain” Strategy; QAS Global High-Yield Bond Strategy; QAS Global Small Cap Strategy and QAS China “All-Cap” Strategy.

“We are very excited to work with an experienced and well-respected Global View team to introduce for the first time our institutional grade research to the retail investment advisor (RIA) community. The main objective of our collaborative effort is to create truly innovative and exclusive strategies with reliable alpha generation and risk management procedures. At QAS we believe a rules-based, adaptive, objective and disciplined approach is key to successful investing,” says Steven Malinsky, QAS Executive VP of Business Development.

Dina L. Fliss, Global View President and Chief Investment Strategist says: “For over 15 years I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best quant managers specializing in tactical and dynamic strategies and QAS has been one of our favorites. Their research is world-class, global in nature and we share the same belief; the best offense is a stellar defense.”
