Kingsley Napley appoints new head of Private Client

Kingsley Napley has appointed James Ward as a partner and head of its Private Client team.

Ward joins the firm on 10 September from Seddons, where he was Head of the Private Wealth team.
Ward has extensive experience advising wealthy families and individuals on financial planning, wealth protection and tax mitigation.  He advises executors on estate administration and trustees on trust administration, as well as on the creation of trust structures and the drafting and variation of wills. His clients are often internationally wealthy, asset rich and non-domiciled individuals.
James is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioner (STEP).
Linda Woolley, Managing Partner of Kingsley Napley, says: “James is a great fit for Kingsley Napley. His brief is to further grow our Private Client team and I am confident from his energy and track record that he will help us to achieve this.”
Ward will head a team comprising three other partners and four associates at Kingsley Napley – including tax and trusts expert Jim Sawer and Court of Protection specialists Simon Hardy and Anita Gill.
