Stonehage Fleming appoints business development officer

Independently owned family office Stonehage Fleming has appointed Richard Bertin as Business Development Officer.

Bertin joins the Group Business Development team with immediate effect, moving internally from the Wealth Planning team. He will report into Hamish Sinclair, Head of Group Business Development. Bertin’s client relationships within the Wealth Planning team have been transitioned to other team members.
Sinclair says: “Given his knowledge of our Group and of the breadth of our service offering, we are very pleased that Richard has moved into this newly created role. Richard’s appointment demonstrates our commitment to further growing and developing the business as we continue to strive to lead the industry as a truly international family office.”
Bertin says: “It gives me great pleasure to be part of the Group Business Development team at such an exciting time in the Group’s journey. I am looking forward to working with my new colleagues and being part of the next stage of Stonehage Fleming’s growth.”
