The Fauquier Bank, a subsidiary of Fauquier Bankshares, has appointed Patrick Heijmen as Director of Wealth Management Services.
Heijmen brings over 15 years of experience to the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Heijmen served as a Senior Vice President and Program Manager at Middleburg Bank, a Division of Access National Bank. Previous to his position at Middleburg Bank, Heijmen worked at The Fauquier Bank and also Morgan Stanley in Washington, DC. Marc Bogan, President and CEO of The Fauquier Bank says, “We are excited to bring someone of Patrick’s calibre into our organisation. He will be a great addition to our outstanding Wealth Management team, and will play a big role in moving our organisation forward.”
Heijmen’s entire wealth management and banking career has been based in the Northern Virginia market. Heijmen has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas with a concentration in marketing and a minor in business. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. He most recently served on the board of Saint James Episcopal School.
