thewealthworks launches new WealthWorks+ software platform

WealthWorks+, a brand new software platform for wealth management professionals was launched in Jersey on 6 November.

WealthWorks+ is a global wealth management solution for accounting, compliance and administration of trusts, funds, partnerships, companies, foundations, estates and deputyships.

The platform has been developed by the Gatwick Diamond-based tech firm, thewealthworks. The same software developers have been marketing their Troika brand since 1995 and have a vast amount of experience with a global reach of clients. Significantly WealthWorks+ is not a further development of the Troika legacy system but the result of serious investment in a next generation product.

Mick Jones, Managing Director of thewealthworks is confident that the system will be well received in the islands. He says: “WealthWorks+ is the culmination of years of experience in software development for this market space. The latest technologies deliver some of the most sophisticated access to information I’ve ever seen.

“Our recent UK user group were very impressed by what we have to offer and are eager to utilise the new platform which is being rolled out to them as we speak. The next phase in our plan is to offer the platform to the offshore space. There is a clear gap in the market for WealthWorks+ to fill and we’re very excited to be back in the Channel Island with an amazing product. We will also be establishing a user group based in Jersey so we can build a strong user community here.”

The new platform has already received some positive reviews from those who have trialled it. Paul Every, owner and director of St Helier-based Solitaire Consulting, says: “The UI is certainly intuitive and performance was very good. WealthWorks+ is definitely not just a refresh or new name for Troika. It is a completely different product and should be given serious consideration.”
