Bodhi Tree Asset Management (Bodhi Tree) has purchased a minority stake in Sudrania Fund Services (Sudrania) as part of its strategy to create a scalable front to back-office multi-asset class solution for RIAs, Family Office, and Endowment model investors, all backed by cloud technology.

Bodhi Tree offers quantitative tactical asset allocation strategies via fund and SMA structures to institutional and HNWI investors. Bodhi Tree is seeding technology-focused companies to create a diverse menu of front to back- office solutions for sophisticated investors.

“We chose Sudrania Fund Services for their in-depth knowledge and understanding of buy-side fund operations and ability to deliver a modern technology solution recognising the need for handling more data and integrate more processes. Sudrania’s approach of using technology as a tool to effectively provide a hand holding and white glove service to its clients is very refreshing,” says Shalin Madan (pictured), CIO of Bodhi Tree.

“Sudrania is excited to have Bodhi Tree as an investor,” says Nilesh Sudrania, Founder & CEO of Sudrania Fund Services. “Bodhi Tree understands the importance of technology in the investment management business from front to back-office, especially in the ever-increasing demand for transparency and performance by the investors, and consequently asset managers. Bodhi Tree’s contribution in helping with the strategic direction of our business is of immense value.”

Sudrania has developed a comprehensive software product, Seamless Solution, for buy-side investment managers, which removes the redundant data and processes plaguing current solutions. With a single database solution for portfolio analytics, fund accounting & NAV calculations, and investor allocations & fee calculations, Seamless is one of the most efficient solutions in today’s marketplace. Seamless is offered via cloud deployment with auto- scaling features for a cost-efficient, streamlined and seamless operational workflow. The founding team and executives of Sudrania each have 15+ years of experience in the fund administration and back-office services for investment managers. Sudrania offers an extensive suite of services specifically designed to allow investment managers to outsource their back-office operations and fund administration to tap the best of the technology and talent. Sudrania’s fund services operations are SOC 1 audited/certified. Seamless is SOC 2 audited/certified.
