First Trust changes name of International IPO ETF

The Board of Trustees of First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund II (the Trust) has approved a name change for the First Trust International IPO ETF (FPXI) to the First Trust International Equity Opportunities ETF.

The new name was effective at the opening of trading on Wednesday, 2 January, 2019.

The fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the funds fees and expenses) of an index called the IPOX International Index (the Index). The Index that the fund tracks is not changing its name or methodology. The Funds ticker symbol and CUSIP are not changing.
